Weight Watchers Freestyle Crock Pot Chili and Corn Muffin Recipe!

Chili Recipe From Sandra Lee:
1lb of extra lean ground beef or other meat of your choice browned
1 cup chopped onion
1 (15oz) can kidney beans (drain all the beans)
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
1 (15oz) can pinto beans
1 (15oz) can butter beans
2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos
2 packets chili seasoning
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup of water
Dump all ingredients into the crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours. This recipe makes 8 servings of Chili. Each serving is 1 1/4 cups and 2sp per serving.

Hungry Girl Corn muffins:
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup Splenda or Truvia
1 Tbsp baking powder
1.5 cups of canned whole kernel corn drained
3 large eggs
3/4 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Mix all the wet ingredients together, then combine. Spray 9 regular sized muffin tins with cooking spray. Evenly distribute the better into the 9 muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins or until the center is completely cooked. Each muffin is 3sp.
