Basmati Rice-2 cups( soaked for 20 mins)
Water-2 1/4 cups
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Cardamom-1
Cinnamon-1 inch
Cloves-3
Bay leaf-1
Onion-1( medium)
Ginger& Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Tomato-1 ( medium)
Salt( as per taste)
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Green chilies-2
Curd-1 tbsp
Soya chunks -1 cup( boiled)
Corrainder- garnish
Panner- garnish( Roasted)
