Do you love chili? Especially on a cold day? In this video, I share my “Comfort Chili” recipe. Shown made in a crockpot but can easily be made on the stove top. This recipe is easily adaptable for Instant Pot or pressure cooker chili; follow your appliance instructions; adjust liquid as required. It’s super easy to make and I’ve added a few ingredients that might surprise you.

Vickie’s COMFORT CHILI Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. (16 oz) Ground Beef (browned with a little chili seasoning mix – see below)
Add:
1 can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced roasted red tomatoes (with seasonings)
1 can condensed tomato soup
Diced Onion (to taste)
1 package chili seasoning mix
After the ground beef is cooked thoroughly, remove any excess water/grease; add all of the remaining ingredients. In a crockpot, cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Stovetop: until hot. Serve warm. Top with crackers, cheese, tortilla chips, corn chips – whatever you like (or nothing at all).
My ingredients in this video: ALL purchased at Aldi (I did not receive any compensation for using Aldi ingredients)
