+++ Step1 – Boiling: Snail, Galangal, Lime, Kaffir lime leave and Salt.
+++ Step2 – Make a salad: Onion, Long bean, Carrot, Grape tomato, Cucumber, Cabbage, Green onion, Cilantro, Garlic, Chili, Palm sugar, Fish sauce and Lime juce.
