I am from Texas. I used corn beef hash to stuff and topped o it with homemade salsa and cheese.
Making these, it's the seasoning that makes them. Unfortunately, I added too much rice.

I love stuffed peppers.
Though I use orzo pasta instead of rice, I also cut up pepper tops and use in stuffing, also put cubes of cheese in center and on top.

Thank you for sharing your instruction and recipes. I subscribed. I am wondering if you have a recipe for for what I think is called Chicken Princepella. It’s Italian and consists of the grilled chicken breast smothered in an Italian wine red sauce. Then lots of spinach added and the chicken is topped with cheese and baked a few minutes to melt the cheese and cook the spinach into the sauce. I’m not sure if I got it right but it was a delicious meal I received in a restaurant about 3200 miles from me 7 years ago. I would love the recipe and video because it was the best Italian food I ever ate. I would really appreciate you making the recipe. Thank you. ❤
