White Chicken Chili is a tasty and easy alternative to beef chili recipes. I made this one for a one pot challenge using my Ninja Multi-Cooker Plus. Not sure that using the Ninja Multi-Cooker Plus was the fastest but it worked for the challenge. When making on your stove top, this dish can be made after work. My family and I add crushed tortillas, sour cream, cheese, and jalapenos.

Brown the cut the chicken into chunks and brown it in the Ninja on the stove top setting. Add the McCormick’s White Chicken Chili seasoning and toast the seasonings for about 1 minute. Add the water according to the instructions and mix well. Add one can of rinsed and drained beans of your choice and one can of drained corn. Add abut 1 tablespoon of sugar (less or more to taste) and continue to simmer for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
