  1. My gf said they look delicious, but I can't seem to understand why you don't wash the peppers to remove the burnt part.

  2. Can we use a pan instead of directly putting them on fire? I am not sure if I can handle that process

  3. …despite the cooking method being/looking totally perverse, i guess the whole thing tastes very nice. Never peeled skin off any vegetable in my life, but may give this one a whirl…

  4. Use a spoon to scrape and remove the burnt skins, then scrape out the seed. Much faster if you're doing a lot of peppers.

  5. Can you sub the “bayzill” for something else? And I don’t have any “Tonks”. Can I still make these?

  6. I have watched many of your videos and just came upon this and it took me a minute to realize this is probably early on your you tube videos, still very pretty today as then.
