Marion!!! I made the Crispy Chili Beef! It was delicious. I had to use sweet soy sauce in place of dark soy sauce because I'm having a heck of a time getting it delivered from Amazon! Lol I adjusted so not so sweet. I made for my son and I was saying what an amazing cook you are and he said mom you are an amazing cook! Awww that warmed my heart! I also did the Honey Chili Chicken too. It was a hit as well!!! Now this one is the next. By the grace of God I have all the ingredients! Lol

Hi Marion! Here's one joke for the Grasby family over Christmas dinner……..In a couple of chicken dishes videos you mentioned " I'm a staunch THIGH GIRL…." But my mother heard this as " I'm a staunch THAI GIRL". Today, she & I got into a little fight. I had to pull out video of little Henry in the breakfast video & a picture of your wedding with you & husband because she swears by your claim "I'm a staunch THAI GIRL".

I finely ordered sweet soy sauce (none in my area) and made this dish, and it was outstanding. Due to dietary restrictions, I did not fry the chicken, but it is the sauce that made this so delicious! My wife even liked it, and up till now her Chinese food repertoire was orange chicken!!! Thanks, Marion!!!

I just made this. I didn't want to shallow fry the chicken so I just stir fried it then removed it and did the rest, Came out great.
