

Any idea what kind of beef was used in these nachos and how I can make it? Also wanna know about the sauces in the second pic especially the spicy one on the left. The other two I believe are garlic and cilantro crema?

I’m just guessing but isn’t that just regular shredded cheddar and for the sauce chili de Arbol? So there’s a lot of ways to make a chili de Arbol sauce. Chili de Arbol, maybe Roma tomatoes, garlic, salt, some water. Blender. You could also use tomotillo. Anything you want really.
Looks like arrachera for beef and habanero chile for yellow sauce
I like to use Carne Mechada (from Venezuela), or deshebrada en chile de arbol
