Mixed vegetable curry made effortlessly in the Instant Pot. This is a perfect dump and go recipe. All you have to do is throw in all the ingredients and pressure cook for just 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, do a quick pressure release. Delicious mixed vegetable curry will be ready; enjoy with rice, chapati, naan or roti.

Ingredients
Onion, diced- 1
Carrot, diced- 1, large
Potatoes, diced- 2, medium-sized
Tomatoes, diced- 1
Cauliflower, florets- 1 cup
Garlic, chopped- 2 cloves
Cilantro, chopped- 1/4 cup
Chili Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Preparation
1-Add the above-mentioned ingredients to the stainless steel pot. Combine well.
2- Close the pot with the lid.
3-Select pressure cook mode, set time to 3 minutes at high pressure.
4-Click start if using IP Ultra model.
5- After 3 minutes of pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release.
Easy to make and delicious mixed vegetable curry is ready, enjoy with rice, roti, chapati or naan.
