I tried this today. It came out bit more well done than I would like it to be. Next time, I will likely use more of medium low heat once you get the initial sear. Thank you for the recipe.

Recipe needs good quality peppers, good garlic and good olive oil. I’m convinced that some people use a small teaspoon of sugar.
