Hyderabadi Tamatar Karahi:

Ingredients:
Gram flour ¼ cup
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Tomato puree 3 cups
Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
Fennel ¼ tsp
Fennel seeds ¼ tsp
Cumin ¼ tsp
Mustard ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Red chilies (whole) 3.4
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Bay leaves 8-10
Oil ½ cup

Method:
In a wok add gram flour, water, tomato puree, tumeric powder, red chili powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. Cook well. Then in a pan add cumin, mustard, bay leaves, whole red chilies, fenugreek seeds, fennel, fennel seeds and lemon juice. Temper well and serve hot.

Hyderabadi Mirch Ka Salan:

Ingredients:
Green chilies (large) 1 quarter
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Peanut (grated) 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Mustard 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Bay leaves 9-10
Onion (grated) 1 cup
Cumin 1 tsp
Fennel 1 tsp

Method:
In a pan saute peanuts, sesame seeds and desiccated coconut. Then heat oil add bay leaves, fennel, fenugreek seeds, mustard, cumin and salt. Temper well. Now add onion and cook well. Then add large green chilies and cook the mixture well. In the end add tamarind paste and remove. Serve.

Chapli Kebab Pizza:

Ingredients For Topping:
Beef mince 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Onions 3
Cornmeal flour 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3
Capsicum 1
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3
Egg 1
Oil for frying
Cheese 1 cup

Ingredients For Dough:
Flour 2.5 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Yeast 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Warm water for kneading

Method:
In a bowl mix the entire dough ingredient and knead the dough with water well. Then in another bowl add beef mince, coriander powder, green chilies, salt, 1 onion, 1 chopped tomato, fresh coriander, green chilies, cornmeal flour, egg, pomegranate seeds and ginger garlic paste

Qeema main crushed dhanya mirch salt 1 pyaz 1tamatar (chopped) hara dhanya podina hari mirchan makai k atta anda anardana lehsan adrak pst add kar k mix Karen or chapli kebab bana ln or fry kar ln.
Dough ko bel kar ketchup lagan phr chapli kebab pyaz tamatar shimla add kar k cheese add kar k bake kar ln.
