in this video, I’m showing you my version of Chili when I wanna omit the Carbs. The taste is incredibly intense and you will not miss the Beans in it.
It makes 4 servings with 8 Net Carbs. The Carbs can vary by the products that you will use. Look for the lowest carb count, especially by the Fire Roasted Tomatoes.
Ingredients
-454g (1 pound) Ground Beef 15% fat
-100g (3.5oz) green Bell pepper
-1 can 411g (14.5oz) Fire Roasted Tomatoes
-2 tsp salt
-3 tbsp oil
-2 tbsp chili powder
-1 1/2 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp oregano
-3 cloves garlic
-120g (4.3 oz) onion
-optional 1 jalapeno for more spiciness
