Chunky Garlic Pepper Sauce Recipe.



In this recipe we’ll make a classic pepper sauce with scotch bonnet peppers as well as bird’s eye pepper, but a bit more chunky in texture than typical Caribbean pepper sauces. With a distinct garlic base and flavored with the juice of a lemon and fresh herbs, you’ll find that this pepper sauce will not only be spicy by quite tasty as well.

You’ll Need…

18-25 bird pepper (birds eye)
5 scotch bonnet pepper
6 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon chopped parsely
1 scallion
1 cup vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
2 leaves shado beni (3 tablespoon chopped clantro)
1 lemon (or lime)
1 shallot

  2. Dude…I just made this. Its so damn tasty, but I was on fire for ten minutes lol. It was totally worth it tho, it tastes so good! I just needed a way to use my maruga scorpion peppers and habaneros I grew before they went bad. Its so good! But this recipe should come with a fire extinguisher lmao! 🤣
    Seriously tho, it's so delicious!

  8. South East Asian people make the same thing, only difference is we put in fish sauce.
