KETO CHILI with BEANS! FAST EASY LOW-CARB TEX-MEX from SCRATCH with MACROS

I only recently heard about BLACK SOY BEANS as a low-carb substitute for beans in all sorts of dishes, so I did a little research, ended up (as usual) resorting to Amazon.com–and I warn you, they’re pricey!–but they’re TOTALLY WORTH IT in my opinion. Here, I put them in a classic, American chili con carne, my keto version of a recipes dating back to the 1930’s when it was actually exotic. Today, it’s cold-weather comfort food and the sort of thing nearly everybody makes at home, usually in big batches, for quick lunches and suppers.
