TASTY PAKSIW – BANGUS and PORK
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp – olive oil
1/2 cup – ginger
1/2 head – garlic
10 pcs – spicy chili (5 pcs for garnish)
190 grams – PORK BELLY
1 cup – white onion
180 grams – green long chili
400 grams – MILKFISH(Bangus)
180 grams – Okra
155 grams – Eggplant
3 tbsp – patis
1 tsp – chicken powder
2 cups – apple cider vinegar/or any vinegar
3 cups – water
2 tbsp – liquid seasoning
1 tbsp – extra virgin olive oil/ or any used cooking oil

MILKFISH MARINADE
1 tbsp – coarse salt
1 tsp – ground black pepper
***Milkfish

Cooking time approximately 35 minutes
Serving 4+ people
