Whats with the pan/skillet? You wouldn’t cook all of them on the same one at the same time. Also it has way too many different stuff going on, feels like a hotel/tourist breakfast as opposed to a real breakfast.

Maybe you have a different concept of a “Mexican breakfast”. Yes, we eat avocado, black beans and eggs but maybe not like in the picture. Try a “huevo con machaca”.

Egg, chilaquiles with asado stew, beans and avocado. What’s so strange to everyone? You can get this at many nice restaurants that serve breakfast.
EDIT: And by nice, I don’t mean expensive!

Looks amazing and similar to my all-time favorite Mexican breakfast from a restaurant near Tec de Monterrey. The dish includes birriaquilles with a sunny-side up egg and other add-ons. Is this inspired by a place you’ve been to?

All jokes aside, this is a fancy nice breakfast that any Mexican can eat once in a while, I had it before and it’s great.
It kinda reminds me of a very comfy morning with family 🙂

For the Americans…let the record show there are no beans and rice on the same plate!
Use one or the other…most of the time some refried beans…but not too much.
