It’s actually interesting how toxic this sub is. If you check Korean or japanese food subreddits, people encourage unauthentic food too but here people will hate on you so hard. That said, this still looks nasty anyway

Unmelted cheese is ok. It’s not great, but this is nachos. Like melty queso nachos. Even for TexMex, this is crap. I am sure the other layers were tasty, but damn man, you know what you were getting yourself into.
If this was served to me in any establishment, I would send it back. Nachos it is not.

I don’t understand the bad comment, nachos ARE MEXICAN, that the person decided to add other ingredients that aren’t exactly authentic then that’s their choice or was accesible to them, that’s why the tittle is Tex-Mex nachos.
