  1. Looks great! I usually add mushrooms to veggie chili. They kind of disappear, but add a "meaty" texture. The idea of blending some of the chili is brilliant. Will definitely try that!

  2. Great recipe. Just finished and everybody absolutely loved it. I added my own twist which is now one of my signature meals.

  3. You do not have to remove the white part it has many vitamins and also it will save time. I will try it soon very soon

  4. Just made it. Completely forgot to put in the tomatoes but tasted great anyway! Didn't have carrots so used mushrooms and added 1 cup of cooked corn before the blending. Thank you! Very helpful recipe.

  5. I was looking more for dry beans rather than canned beans, but good video nonetheless.

  6. This is how I make mine I do add dark cocoa I get at Trader Joe’s. N use Greek yogurt with Trader Joe’s green goddess seasoning. Delicious

  7. I’m not even a cook and it came out great. I mean REALLY great! If I want to make a double batch just double the ingredients? As I said I’m no cook. 😊 Yet.

  8. Tried your vegetarian chilli recipe today. It was a big hit at the party. Mashing some of it in the blender and adding was a game changer. I added some lemon, red wine vinegar and fresh coriander at the end and it enhanced the flavour significantly.
    Thank you so much .

  9. Thank you for this recipe it came out 👍 great! Only thing I did different was that I used a 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes instead and green Chile and I added shredded cheddar cheese for a topping. Adding some chili into a blender and then pouring it into the rest of the chili is key! Everyone loved it and didn't miss meat! Would also be great with a side of cornbread.

  10. Seem like you are as same a lot of you tuber on you tube , I called “ start ass “👎

  11. I made this last night and it was a hit with my kids. Thanks!

  12. Mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, sweet potato helps with the "mesty" flavor. I dont rinse the beans as the liquid helps with the texture.
