Love your videos 💜
Looks amazing.
I always use the bean juice. It has a lot of the nutrients in it, and as noted, it helps thicken the mix. Plus, chili historically has beans in it. Beanless chili is a modern invention, and a step in the wrong direction IMHO. Beans are honestly very good food. High in protein, fiber, and vitamins and minerals. No reason not to put beans in a chili. Not only that, they extend the chili for very little money.
Who's pro bean?
<— This guy!
If i want pasta in chili i use egg noodles. Nide and wide, but not too long. Easy to get on a spoon or fork, and again, a cheap way to extend a tasty chili.
I asked a chef in London what he was making and he said:
"A roux"

The BEST that I have ever seen, Guy ! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM ! 😀😀😀😀😀 My brother was a chef at La Petite in New Orleans a really long time ago but I never learned a chili recipe like this from him.
I have to drain hamburger fat, the taste of it makes me feel sick.
I like Guy but someday he is going to have a heart attack from all the fatty foods he has eaten. At least he has had a good life with good eats…lol
