Crispy paneer salts & pepper

Ingredients

Tempura Batter
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Corn Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour

Salt to taste
Chilled water
1 tsp Pepper
Oil for frying
Paneer
1/2 tsp Salt
For Sauce
2 tsp Oil
3-4 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
1 tsp Chopped Green Chili
2 tsp Salt & Pepper.
1 tsp Lite Soya Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
3-4 tsp Chopped Spring Onion

Method
1.Take a Bowl and add some rice flour, cornflour, salt, pepper and then add chilled water to make a thick batter and mix it so that the lumps are gone then add some more water and make the batter not very thick or thin
2. Now cut some Paneer into batons and marinate it with salt, pepper and cornflour
3. Then add the paneer dipped in cornflour and the tempura batter in a frying pan and fry it
4. Take another pan, heat oil on high flame and immediately add chopped ginger and garlic and as the garlic turns brown add some bell pepper, salt, some red chili paste, light soy sauce, vinegar and fried paneer, add some spring onions and give it a quick toss
5. Garnish with spring onion and it’s ready

  1. Chef equal quantity of maida aur uske badh corn flour. I was just listening audio while driving and as I reached home thank god my gf had to tell me it’s not equal amount of maida and corn flour…..
    Please chef understand us as a bachelor who is learning to cook and trust me my gf is also ur subscriber. That’s just because she also wants to learn. But I just happen to be more of a amateur one who will listen to an audio and not much pay attention on screen. Chef please match Audio with the video content. Because trust me I have learnt a lot from you and it’s my genuine feedback.
    Gobi Aaloo kah ram ban chef joh bataya hai apneh woh bhi audio seh sikha hu. Chef ji master banah diya apneh muje toh woh recipe share karke.

  3. Chef u are saying equal qty of maida. So dose it mean maida cornflour and rice flour?
    As in the caption its coming 1 bowl of maid and 1 tbsp of corn flour and rice. Kindly clear the same.thanks

    In description its 1cup 3tbsp and 2tbsp
    Which one is right proportion
