4 Chicken Breasts
1 28oz can Green Enchilada Sauce
1 cup Chicken broth
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 whole white onion
2 cups Refried beans
14 Tortillas
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Put the first 5 ingredients in the slow cooker for 4 hours on High
When chicken is tender and soft, remove from sauce and shred, set aside.
Warm tortillas.
Fill each tortilla with equal parts chicken and beans and a little cheese (or more if you like).
Roll each one like you would a burrito.
Place on a cookie sheet one right next to the other.
Top with plenty of sauce and cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with sour cream if you like.
