chilli chicken recipe ingredients

MARINATION

1.3 tbsp cornflour
2.3 tbsp maida
3.1 tsp red chili powder[kashmiri]
4.1 tsp black pepper powder
5.1 tbsp vinegar
6.1 tbsp red chili sauce
7.1 tbsp soya sauce
8.1 tsp salt

CHILLI CHICKEN PREPARATION

1.1 medium size onion layer separated
2.1 medium size capsicum cut into cubes
3.1 tbsp chopped ginger-garlic
4.2-3 green chilies
5.2 tbsp red chili sauce
6.1 tbsp soy sauce
7.1 tbsp vinegar
8.1 tsp salt
9.1 tsp red chili powder(kashmiri)
10.1 tbsp sugar.
11.2 tbsp corn flour water mixture
12.150 ml of water.
13.2 tbsp spring onion.
