  1. Me and my mum made this and I ate it for two days hahaha great 👍

  2. I just made this for my family as salt and pepper chicken is my favourite. And was way better than the Take away. Thank you 😊

  3. Khin you are an extraordinary cook. I tried it and it tastes exactly like Chinese restaurant.
I love your cooking, so easy to follow and delicious 💕

  4. Surely a dumb question but what do you do with the heated oil after frying the chicken? Where and when do you "store" it and do you use it again?

I'm a big fan of chinese food but due to those essential questions I never dared to fry anything in the Wok 🙈 Thanks! 🙏🏻

  5. can i make this in the air fryer too? looks delicious, thanks for sharing!!

  6. Will this work if I do this in a deep fat fryer? I also tried just using corn starch on my chicken drumsticks in my Cook essential air Fryer but the corn starch was still starchy and didn't crisp well so was wondering if my deep fat fryer will work to Cook the chicken in?

  7. why was there scenes of the chef cooking, but the music covered up that audio lol. Its a good tutorial but it was just jarring

  8. This video is confusing. There is no audio and the video said 500g chicken but the guide says 150g?

  9. Hello, please clarify, the video is made according to 500 gms chicken, however the description has 150 gms chicken.
Which to follow??? I'd like to this for my family.
    Thanks.

  10. Nice food but ffs learn to sharpen a knife! Breaks my heart to see Sheffield steel abused this way.

  11. I love this recipe Khin but unfortunately, there's music over the whole video now but there wasn't before. I can't hear anything but the music. Just letting you know!

  12. This might be good, but I'll never know.
'Salt & pepper' is a traditional dish that can be used for shrimp, pork, squid, and yes…chicken.
One thing that ALWAYS stays the same is the salt & pepper mixture. Salt is subject to taste, but the pepper should always have three types. Black, white and Sichuan (which isn't actually a pepper corn, but a flower). Without those three, you can't really call this salt & pepper in the traditional sense.
