INGREDIENTS –
1 cup boiled black chickpeas
3 tbsp onion (chopped)
3 tbsp tomato (chopped)
1 green chili
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp culantro
1 tso lime juice
salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS –
1. Wash & soak chickpeas for 6 – 8 hours
2. Add water & salt in a pan along with soaked & drained chickpeas
3. Cover & cook for 10 minutes
4. Drain the chickpeas & transfer to a mixing bowl
5. Add in onion, tomato, green chili, red chili powder, roasted ground cumin, chaat masala, Himalayan pink salt, mustard oil,
culantro, lime juice & salt
6. Mix until combined & serve.
