Today’s recipe is Sizzling Meatball Manchurian
Aj hum apko sikhain gy Manchurian banany ka tarika

Ingredients:
to make Meatballs:
½ Kg Ground Beef or Chicken mince,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Black Pepper,
1 tsp crushed Garlic,
1 tbsp Soya Sauce,
½ Egg,
2 bread slices,
Finely Chop all above ingredients & make small balls.

Method:
– Add ½ cup Oil in pan and fry the meatballs.

Ingredients for Sauce:
3~4 tbsp Oil,
1 tsp crushed Garlic,
1 medium sized Onion (cube cut),
4~5 tbsp Ketchup,
2 tbsp Chili Sauce,
2 tbsp Soya Sauce,
½ tsp Salt,
1 tsp chili powder,
2 tbsp Vinegar,
1 tsp Sugar,
1 cube of Chicken Stock,
2 cups of Water,
2 tbsp Corn flour (dissolved in 3~4 tbsp water)
1 Capsicum (cube cut),
1 Cup Cabbage (small cubes),

Method:
– Turn on the flame and soften Onion & garlic in oil.
– Add Ketchup, Chili sauce, soya sauce, salt, chili powder, vinegar, sugar, chicken stock & water.
– Let it boil.
– Add corn flour once starts boiling.
– Add fried meatballs, capsicum & cabbage.
– cook it for a minute.
– turn off the flame.
– Our recipe of Sizzling Meatball Manchurian is ready.
