Chili Mac and cheese
Recipe as I made it:
Garlic – 2 tbsp
One large onion
S&P to taste
3 oz 93/7 ground beef
3 oz pork sausage
4 cups beef broth
1-14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1-15.5 oz can of kidney beans
Chili powder to taste
Cumin to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste
4 oz dry elbow macaroni
Cheddar cheese – optional topping!
Brown the meat and mix – heat through.
If you divide the recipe into only four servings it was 8 for green, and six on blue and purple.
I got 6 cups and I made it into 1 cup servings
Green 6 points
Blue and purple – 5 points
