10 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons black peppercorns
3 tablespoons cilantro stems
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons seasoning soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons corn starch
6 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons ground white pepper

— Dipping Sauce —
4 tablespoons fish sauce
5 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons chili flakes
4 teaspoons toasted rice (ground)
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

— Other —
4 cups cooking oil

  4. Hi! I want to know what ingredients you put in the fridge and freezer. For me, I put oyster sauce , sesame oil, chili oil, hoison sauce and sweet chili sauce in the fridge. I put blachan shrimp paste and kafer lime leaves in the freezer. What other ingredients would you recommend putting in the fridge and freezer. Much thanks.
