That’s aguachile for you. Shit traditionally it’s just lemon, salt, dry chilis, ice cubes and raw shrimp.

I would say no. My family is from Sinaloa which is part of the region of Mexico where aguachile comes from and I’ve had aguachile hundreds of times. Never seen one where they add the shrimp like that with the head still attached. Also looks like the sauce has too many Serrano seeds, don’t normally see that either. Doesn’t look bad tho
