Shrimp and cheese is a delicious combination. Do not throw away those cilantro stems. They have a ton of flavour and are great for anything you are blending.
Early 90’s Los Ponchos taco shop in Oceanside outside of Camp Pendleton had the best Carne burritos and Fish burritos. Every day off I’d drive off base and get one of each.

Growing up in so cal, I love a great burrito, but the one thing that could make it better is if you loaded the ingredients into a bowl and gave it a mix and then put it in the burrito it would be worlds better. You don't want a full bite of beans, or full bite of rice
My ez margarita recipe: 2oz tequila, 2oz fresh lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, shake with crushed ice.
Great food, but that was a big G in guacamole. Its Wac'amole. 🙂 Or your food doesn't taste as good.

Shrimp chees melts, use that nice costco frenbread roolls , cook shrimp in butter and garlic then add cheese to melt put onto rolls . Shrimp and cheese is good even better with langoustine

I liked this vid because they werent taking a 10 dollar dish and making it fifty dollar dish. With some expensive meat or some add on that cost more than the dish to make normally without it. I love the vids and sam and the guys but sometimes its a bit much. But knocked it out of the park on this one.

Quick tip for pick your limes. The juiciest limes have a very smooth and shiny surface to them. If they have a textured peel on them then they generally won't render as much juice. Loved this video!!
It looks great. But just for everyone to know, Cinco de Mayo is not really a celebration. In Mexico nobody does this. It just another date, people still go to work, to school and you don't see anyone getting exited about the day. Is just a regular day because historically Mexico won the battle but lost the war. So is not really an important date. We have like a dozen dates that are much more important than 5 de Mayo.

That is the best tequila. Centenario Resposado. John Wayne used to buy a case of it I was told and I absolutely love it. I use the anejo when making steak au poivre instead of whiskey or cognac.
