**Instructions**
1. Cut the Poblano chile into 2″ by ¼” strips.
2. Cut the onion into 2″ by ¼” strips.
3. Finely chop the garlic.
4. In a medium-hot pan, cook the onion and garlic until the onion starts to soften, about 4 minutes. Do not brown.
5. Add the chiles and cook for another 4 minutes.
6. Add the corn and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Turn off the heat and add the cream. Stir to incorporate.
8. Add the cheese and stir continually until the cheese is just melted.
9. Check the salt and add salt if needed.
10. Serve immediately on hot tortillas.

Not gonna lie, I think this is the first time that you post something that actually looks kinda good. However, rajas are not usually served as tacos, since they end up soaking the tortillas, but the recipe itself looks good.
