That does look good and Bar Montejo is legit.
If you want to try the best cochinita in town though, you can look for a taqueria called El Turix. They have 3 or so spots, around Polanco so you probably find one near to you. If you go on Sundays, they also sell Sopa de Lima which is the best soup in Mexican cuisine. Go early because the soup goes fast.
