I’m doing my best to get as many veggies in daily as I can!!!! I thought making a big vat ‘o chili would be the perfect solution! Well, it was delish, but a little above my novice cooking skills…translation: too many ingredients! 🤦🏼♀️ But, I made it & had healthy meal options for the entire week!
