Have to say I am like the only one in my family that really likes Hot sauces and Wow just made this recipe but cut it in half but kept the same amount of garlic. A friend of my mom who owned a restaurant in Guyana told us they would add sugar to their pepper sauce avoid indigestion caused by the pepper sauce. I have been doing it since and it seems to work.
