* 1 cup Onions
* 2 cups Ketchup
* 1/4 cup Mustard
* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 cup Brown sugar
* 1/2 tsp Celery salt
* 1 tbsp Chili powder
* 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
* 2 lbs Hamburger
* Kraft Cheese Slices
* Buns
* Wieners
Begin to cook the onions down, just shy of caramelization.
Once translucent & slightly browned, add in beef & cook fully.
In a small bowl combine all other ingredients & add to your beef/onions once the beef has finished cooking.
While the sauce is simmering, prepare your buns in a pan by adding one slice of cheese to the bottoms of each bun.
Also add your hot dogs to a separate pan to brown
Turn oven to BROIL & put both pans in the oven for about 5 minutes, watching closely so that they do not burn.
Bring out both pans and assemble hot dogs inside of the buns, then another slice of cheese on top, then add your finished chili sauce.
Serve warm, enjoy!
