~Serves 2~
Ingredients:

For Marinating
Corn Niblets (boiled) – 2cups
Corn Starch – 5tbsp
Water – a dash
Oil- for frying

For Tossing:
Oil – 3tbsp
Garlic (chopped) – 1tbsp
Ginger (chopped) – 2tsp
Green chilli (chopped) – 1tsp
Onion (chopped0 – 4tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) – 3tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black Pepper Powder – to taste
Soya Sauce (light) – 3tbsp
Chilli Sauce – ½ tbsp
Spring Onion (chopped) – ½ cup
Lemon – ½ no
