3 Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe | Easy! Use Any Pepper- Jalapeno, Habanero, Cayenne – Homemade Hot Sauce

-Full Recipe-
3 Pepper Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Small Onion, minced
2 cups White Vinegar, divided
1 TBS Veg Oil
1 cup water
3-4 cloves Garlic Whole
1 tbs Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 lbs of your favorite peppers
Directions:
1.Wash peppers
2. Carefully cut stems off each pepper
3. Heat vegetable oil in sauce pot cook onion and garlic for 5 min.
4.Pour in liquids (1 cup Vinager, 1 cup Water) bring to a boil with peppers.
5.Boil mixture for 15 min
6.Cool for 20 min and Blend in food processor or blender
7. Use remaining cup of vinegar to clean blender and pour in to the sauce. Mix well.
8. Pour in to jars or bottles and refrigerate. Will keep for approximately 3 months in the fridge.
If Canning see below:
1.Pour into hot sterile jars leaving 1/4″ head space
2. Process in boiling water bath for 10m.
3. Remove pot from heat allow jars to sit in the water another 10 min.
4. Carefully remove. Listen for the jar to seal.

  8. exactly what i needed. my cayenne, habanero, and jalapeno were the only ones that produced in fall so i looked up this exact recipe on google and this popped up lol (i only got only habanero fully ripe as well lol)
