Chilli Mushroom Dry Recipe | Chilli Garlic Mushroom | Mushroom Appetizers

Mushroom lovers like me will definitely love this recipe. This spicy mushroom appetizer is so easy to make and yet lip smacking. It is perfect for party snack or just when you are craving some deliciousness.
Below are the ingredients you will need for this recipe –

1- Mushrooms – 200 gms
2- Corn flour – 3 tbsp. approx
3- White flour / maida – 1 tbsp.
4- Oil for frying
5- Garlic – 5-6 gloves chopped
6- Ginger – 1/2 inch chopped
7- Dried chili (turned to paste)
8- Onion – 1 medium chopped in cubes
9- Capsicum – 1/2 cut in cubes
10- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
11- Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
12- Salt
13- Sugar – pinch
14- Red chili powder – 3/4 tsp.
15 Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp.

Instructions –
1- Soak 4-5 red chilies in hot water for 5-6 mins and then grind to make paste.
2- Cut mushrooms and add 2 tbsp corn flour and 1 tbsp. white flour , add 3 tbsp water and mix well
3- Add oil (5 tbsp.) to a pan and fry mushrooms.
( We are not deep frying the mushrooms , just shallow fry)
4- Take out mushrooms when golden brown .
5 – In the same pan , add garlic, ginger , once done add red chili paste.
6- Add onions and capsicum and fry little bit.
7- Add vinegar , soy sauce and 1/2 bowl water.
8- Add red chili powder and black pepper powder.
9- In 3 tbsp water add 1/2 tbsp corn flour and make a slurry. Add this to pan.
10 – mix well and cook until desired consistency.
11- Add mushrooms , sprinkle a pinch of sugar.
12- Cook for 2 mins and garnish with spring onions.

Chili Mushroom is ready to be served 🙂
