Capsicum or Bell Pepper or Shimla Mirch is a colourful and very nutritious vegetable rich in Vitamin A, B, C as well as various other minerals which help in maintaining a healthy body. It consists of more than 90% water and has lot of health benefits. Do try out this very simple recipe of red, yellow and green capsicum and have a healthy lunch or dinner along with roti/chapathi or rice.

Ingredients:
Capsicum/Shimla Mirch – 1/2 each (red, yellow and green)
Onion – 2
Green Chilli – 2
Tomato – 1
Cumin/Jeera – 1 tsp
Curry leaves- handful
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp (optional)
Salt – as per taste
