– Neutral-flavored cooking oil (vegetable or canola oil)

  2. Have you tried this with crawfish?! Also, can you eat the salt and pepper shrimp whole with the head and shell on or am I thinking of a different way to cook shrimp?

  3. Looks delicious! Thank you for demonstrating how to humanely dispatch the lobster. I watch people cooking who stab things in them to drain them then cut off their limbs. This was so much better!
