Make the tastiest Pepper Steak recipe!
Ingredients:
Steak. – 500g-1000g (1-2 lb) depending how meaty you want it
Bell peppers. – 2 mixed colours
Onion. – 1 large (any onion)
Garlic cloves. – 3-4
Ginger. – 1 inch piece (1/2 thumb size)
Dark soy. – 1 tbsp
Light soy. – 1 tbsp (mix together dark + light soy)
Corn starch – 2 tbsp (also known as corn flour)
Black pepper (crushed) – 1 tbsp
Honey. – 1 tbsp
Oil. – 2-3 tbsp (most oils are fine)
Chicken seasoning. – 1 tbsp
Water – 100 mils (6 tbsp)
