Dum pukht karahi:

Mutton 1 kg
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion slice 1 medium sized
Tomatoes 1 chopped
Salt ½ tsp
Cinnamon 2-inch piece
Cloves 4 to 5
Oil ½ cup
Water 2-3 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp

Method:
In a woke add mutton and all ingredients add then cook in oil on medium flame for half an hour. when meat tender then roasts. finally garnish with black pepper and green chili and serve.

Daba style daal:
Ingredients:
Gram lentils 2 cup
Orange lentils 1 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
Tomato paste 2 tomatoes
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Mint few leaves
Oil ½ cup
For tarka :
Tomato paste 2 tomatoes
Green chilies 4-5
Green coriander ½ bunches
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Boil the gram lentils with out salt .when lentils tender then strain it and set a side .now in a pan heat oil and fry onion then add ginger garlic paste ,tomatoes paste add and cook when oil seprate then add orange lentils ,cumin ,tikka masala ,salt ,coriander powder ,red chili and mints mix .after this add lentils water mix then cook for 2 to 3 minutes .then add grams lentils and cook till than thick .finally heat oil in a pan then add all tarka ingredients and fry then do the tarka on daal and serve .

Dry Afghani Chicken :
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks 1Kg
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Garlic crushed 4 to 5
Turmeric ½ tsp
Lemon 1-2 lemon
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Water 1 cup
Methods:
Put all ingredients in a bowl except oil and water and marinate chicken for half an hour
Heat the oil in a pan then fry the chicken and add 1 cup water then cover and cook it then water dry then serve .
