Quick Protein Snack: Low carb gluten-free Chicken noodles
Serving size- two people
Ingredients:
– oil
– ginger
– garlic
– red & yellow bell pepper
– onions
– cabbage
– red chilies
– carrot
– zucchini
– Basil leaves
– 1 tbsp – soy sauce
– 1 tbsp chili vinegar
– 1/2 tsp red chili sauce
– 1/2 tsp green chili sauce
– Chicken Pieces
– Boiled noodles made up of rice
Method:
1. Boil 1 portion of the noodles for 3 minutes in water.
2. Chop- ginger, garlic, red & yellow bell pepper, onions, cabbage, red chilies, carrot, zucchini & Basil leaves
3. Add oil to a wok, and saute ginger, garlic, chili & onions
4. Add all veggies and mix really well
5. Add 1 tbsp – soy sauce,1 tbsp chili vinegar, 1/2 tsp red chili sauce, 1/2 tsp green chili sauce
6. Airfry or pan-fry marinated chicken pieces with salt & pepper.
7. Add the boiled noodles and chicken pieces in the wok. Mix well for 3 mins.
