Triple Seared Steak w/Garlic Chili Chimichurri is rich with flavor! 🥩 🥃 🌶 🔥

My good friend @chilesandsmoke came into town last weekend to chill and cook food together. While he was here, he told me about this insane way of cooking steak where you get maximum using a very unique technique. The idea is to “sear” into the steak salt, bourbon and soy sauce for a salty, savory and tangy steak flavor. I luckily had some wagyu from my fried @ohhyoubetcha, so I just had to try this out. Made a Garlic Chili Chimichurri to top it off for fun and it was epically delicious. 🍻 👍

Garlic Chili Chimichurri:
– 2.5 tbsp of Chopped Parsley
– 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
– 1.5 tbsp of Chopped Scallions
– 1.5 tbsp Garlic Chile Paste
– 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
– 1 tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
– 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
– 1 tsp of Sesame seeds
– 1 tsp of Kosher Salt

  3. slightly under done. Even though that internal temp might have been fine I don’t see any reason to undercook any steak of any kind for any reason unless it’s for tartar
