To make clean up easier put parchment paper under the rack. I do this every time

This looks like a pretty good recipe..HOWEVER..I noticed you just "patted them with paper towels" and you didn't CLEAN your wings!!! A culinary NO-NO!!! Ugh! Not good! Those wings should have been soaked in water with vinegar, kosher salt, and lemons or limes or both for at least 30 minutes and you have to literally CLEAN THEM. I guess you've never seen a meat processing line before….smh. Humor me…just try it one day….and once you see all of that disgusting gunk in that water, you'll be thanking me for that important step.
