EASY CROCKPOT MEALS! | Chili THREE Ways

Hey, hi, hello everyone and welcome back to Morgs’ Menu!

In this video, I show you how I prepare THREE of my favorite fall recipes: crockpot chili all different ways. They are all SUPER simple to pull together and are great for both dinners for a group, dinners with lots of leftovers, and even meal prep!

ā€œRegularā€ Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1 small (or half large) white onion
1 bell pepper
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 28oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
Salt & pepper taste
1 – 3 cups chicken/vegetable stock (or broth)

Instructions-
1. Heat a large sautƩ pan to medium heat
2. Dice onion and bell pepper
3. Once pan is hot, add in turkey and break up to begin cooking process
4. Add in diced vegetables and minced garlic
5. Cook until turkey is browned and vegetables are softened
6. Prepare large crockpot with cooking spray
7. Add in cooked turkey and vegetables
8. Drain and rinse three cans of beans and add to crockpot
9. Add in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and spices
10. Stir and add in desired amount of chicken stock
11. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
12. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, crackers, tortilla chips, or other desired toppings

This recipe makes about 5-6 large servings.

White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2 – 4 small chicken breasts (about ½ – 1 lb.)
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. cumin
Salt & pepper taste
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 small (or half large) white onion
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cans great northern beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can hot diced green chilies
1 can mild diced green chilies
1 tbsp. dried cilantro
1 – 3 cups chicken/vegetable stock (or broth)
1 cup half and half
4 oz. cream cheese

Instructions-
1. Prepare large crockpot with cooking spray
2. Add in chicken breasts and top with spices
3. Drain and rinse two cans of beans and add to crockpot
4. Drain corn and add to crockpot
5. Add in both cans of diced green chilies and cilantro
6. Stir and add in desired amount of chicken stock
7. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
8. After cooking time is complete, and in half and half and cream cheese
9. Turn crockpot to high and cook for 30 minutes
10. Stir to combine ingredients
11. Serve as is or with desired toppings

This recipe makes about 4 large servings.

BBQ Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (or ½ to 1 lb. of uncooked chicken breasts)
1 small (or half large) yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mild green chilies
1 can pinto beans
1 can cannelloni beans
2 tsp. yellow mustard
3 tbsp. BBQ sauce
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
1 – 3 cups chicken/vegetable stock (or broth)

Instructions-
1. Prepare large crockpot with cooking spray
2. Dice onion
3. Add in chicken, diced onion, garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, green chilies, beans, mustard, BBQ sauce, and spices
4. Stir and add in desired amount of stock/broth
5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
6. Serve as is or with desired toppings

This recipe makes about 4 large servings.
