Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
1 dry red chili
4-5 curry leaves
1 pinch asafetida/hing
1 bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 tsp salt
Method:
1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, sizzle mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and then add red chili, curry leaves and saute for 30s.
2. To this add asafetida thru salt and saute for 2 mins. Cover & cook for 3-4 mins. Serve hot with roti.
