Today I’m going to making an easy and quick Lemon Pepper Chicken with Caramelized onions. This is a great chicken recipe for dinner or meal prepping since it cooks quickly and has very simple but tasty ingredients. All you do is season the chicken with kosher salt and black pepper. You then sear the chicken and add butter, fresh thyme or rosemary, and garlic. In the end, I make caramelized onions, which really brings the dish together. Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe:
2 Free-range Chicken Breasts
1 Lemon
2 tbsp Butter
Kosher Salt
Fresh Black Pepper
4 Garlic Cloves
Fresh Thyme
1 Large Onion
2 tbsp White Wine
1 ½ tsp Sugar
Olive Oil
