10 Green Chilli
Marinate
2 tbsp – Soy Sauce
1 tsp – Sesame Oil
White pepper
1 pinch – Salt
1 – Egg white
1 tsp – Dark Caramel
1 tbsp – Corn Starch
Seasoning Sauce
1 tbsp – Soy Sauce
2 tbsp – Water

1 pinch – Salt
