Chicken pakora recipe – Crispy outside & soft & juicy inside.

Ingredients to make chicken pakora:
500 gm chicken, cut into cubes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Tandoori masala powder
2 tsp thick curd
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 spring curry leaves, crush roughly
1/2 cup Besan/gram flour
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp oil

Step by step instructions:
In a mixing bowl take chicken, & add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, Salt, lemon juice, Tandoori masala powder, thick curd, chopped coriander leaves & curry leaves, crush roughly. Mix it well.
Marinate it for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, mix it again.
Add besan, rice flour, oil & a pinch of salt. (already added salt in the marination. Mix it.
Fry it in medium hot oil.
Fry the chicken pakora crisp on both the sides.
Crispy fried chicken pakoras are ready.
Serve hot with green chutney & tomato ketchup.
